I seldom ride in this part of Valencia
simply because there isn’t much there but grim industrial zones, but the bike
infrastructure is top notch. I am truly heartened by our new mayor’s total
commitment to ushering bikes into the transportation model of Valencia. There
are bike lanes linking all of the neighboring towns in this area to the south of
the city. I also noticed quite a few small links around the center of Valencia
that make life a lot easier for cyclists. Some of these new paths are only a
few hundred meters long, but make cycling infinitely safer.
