Once Again, Democracy Prevails in the United States of America

Trump's campaign manager letting off a little steam.

In unrelated but thought-provoking news.

The America election process has been compared to a coup d'etat every four years, but without any violence. This election was no different, despite warnings of armed protests. For the most part, the crowds were joyous.

I’m glad to see that there doesn’t seem to be a lot of gloating or spite in the Biden/Harris victory celebration, that people seem more about enjoying the win and not bad-mouthing the current White House resident. After all, over 70 million people voted against Biden, which in any previous U.S. election would have been enough for a resounding triumph…just not this time.

It hasn’t ever happened before, but is Trump capable of one half-way classy move in his life, like conceding gracefully?

I wonder how long it will take for ultra-right conservatives to invent some crisis which they can use to bludgeon the new President? Like they did with Obama which they called the Tea Party. Remember? It was all about the debt, a topic they haven’t said a word about in the four years of this administration.
