This 50K ride hardly counted as exercise because I took the metro to Llíria and it's pretty much downhill all the way to Valencia from there with 164 meters of elevation and then returning to sea level. Add to the this westerly winds of up to 25 KPH and it was a rollercoaster most of the way. I felt like I was on a motorcycle at times.
