More About Eggs

If you ask 100 Spanish people to name their favorite dish, about 100 will say a tortilla de patatas. Mine, too. This one ain’t half bad, if I do say so myself, and you can’t beat a good tortilla recién hecha (right out of the pan).

P.S. The obvious question that will pop into your heads on seeing this is, “Amigo, don’t you have anything better to do?” The short answer is “no” and the longer version would touch on the fact that today is yet another holiday here.
