Daily Dose of Blubbering

Perhaps the world would be a better place if we all allowed ourselves a few moments each day in which we experience something of such overwhelming beauty that we’re practically thrown to the ground by such an unbelievable level of human achievement. This did it for me this morning.

I’ve listened to this piece a ton of times but never like this.

More About Eggs

If you ask 100 Spanish people to name their favorite dish, about 100 will say a tortilla de patatas. Mine, too. This one ain’t half bad, if I do say so myself, and you can’t beat a good tortilla recién hecha (right out of the pan).

P.S. The obvious question that will pop into your heads on seeing this is, “Amigo, don’t you have anything better to do?” The short answer is “no” and the longer version would touch on the fact that today is yet another holiday here.

I suppose that I am pretty cocky when it comes to my tomato sauce because it’s the world’s best and I’m not afraid to settle that argument with a fistfight. I’m not Italian, but is there any other way to end a discussion about tomato sauce?
